Duo Single Sign-on is a cloud-hosted Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0 SSO solution that adds two-factor authentication to Office 365 and Azure logins. Duo offers a variety of methods for adding two-factor authentication and flexible security policies to Microsoft Office 365 SSO logins, complete with inline self-service enrollment and Duo Prompt. This video explains how to protect Microsoft Office 365 SSO logins using Duo’s on-premises SSO product, Duo Access Gateway. Enter your username and password on the system login page. For Duo Method, select passcode.

For Office 365, re-enter your email address and password you will then be prompted for the DUO method.
Select “Enter a Passcode” and enter the code on the D100.
